Registration Fee Refund Policy
WPPA Spring Season
Please recognize we are an all volunteer organization and cancelations can cause a lot of rework on team setup and season planning. We also understand your circumstances can change, but we trust you will be respectful of our refund policy.
Refund requests received by email at registration@wppachicago.org:
- prior to 11:59pm on January 18, registration fees will be refunded at 90%.
- prior to 11:59 pm on February 18, registration fees will be refunded at 50%.
- after 12:00am on February 18, registration fees are non-refundable.
Liberty
Please recognize we are an all volunteer organization and cancelations can cause a lot of rework on team setup and season planning. We also understand your circumstances can change, but we trust you will be respectful of our refund policy.
Refund requests received by email at registration@wppachicago.org:
- prior to 11:59pm on May 13, registration fees will be refunded at 90%.
- prior to 11:59 pm on May 20, registration fees will be refunded at 50%.
- after 12:00am on May 31, registration fees are non-refundable.
Waitlist only fees will be fully-refundable if a player is not offered a spot on a team by the start of the Liberty season. If a waitlisted player is offered a spot, but declines that spot, the waitlist fee will be refunded at 90%.
